1. Project: Developing of Integrated Forecasting Package
a. Objective : To develop a forecasting tool for subscribers demand in Telekom
Malaysia.
b. Customer : Marketing Task Force Telekom
c. User : Consumer and Small Business(CNB), Major Business Sales(MBS)
and Corporate and Government(CNG) in Telekom.
d. Involvement : Head Project.
e. Job Scope : Organize the project and develop a forecasting model.
f. Status : Completed for FORTEL ver 1.0 system.

2. Project: Teletraffic Data Acquisition and Processing System.
a. Objective : To develop a dimensioning tool for PSTN network Telekom Malaysia
in order to determine circuit requirement.
b. Customer : Bahagian Sokongan Khidmat Rangkaian Telekom
c. User : Switching Operation and Maintenance Centre(SOMC)and
Network Engineering in Telekom.
d. Involvement : Head Project.
e. Job Scope : Organize the project and develop a circuit required model.
f. Status : Completed for TIPS ver 1.0 system.

3. Project: Customer Satisfaction Index System
a. Objective : To develop a analyzing tool for survey program in order to determine
customer satisfaction index Telekom Malaysia.
b. Customer : Shared Operation Major Business Sales Division Telekom Malaysia.
c. User : Shared Operation Major Business Sales Division Telekom Malaysia.
d. Involvement : Head Project.
e. Job Scope : Organize the project and develop a customer satisfaction index model.

4. Project: Asynchronous Transfer Mode(ATM) Planning Tools for Network.
